While this home may lack some curb appeal due to the gravel driveway, we find it is overshadowed by the spectacular view and direct access to the beach. Property is 100% Tobacco and Smoke Free. We were happy we didn't see any oil and thankful, but unfortunately we had a tent in front of our place everyday W/ workers W/ their bright vest sitting around everyday. AS USUAL THE UNIT WAS WHAT WE EXPECTED. Just to let you know how pleased we were with Quiet Surf II-3. Property Rules state no boats, trailers, jet ski's, RV's or Golf Carts permitted. By Brandon C. My wife 2 kids (13), (10) and I had a wonderful time. All in all it was a great place to stay. What a great home away from home. Prior guests will remember them as Long Beach Daze Vacation Rental and Sunset View Vacation Rental. Recommended: Wonderful week in Destin. Great communication w owners & Miramar Beach is a gem!! The rain a few times didnt stop us from having a great time. This was an ideal vacation spot for us! Other than that it was great. The only comments I would make would be the back deck. The balcony rails are in disrepair and needs to be painted. This was a very clean townhome with nice appliances and a very "homey" feel to it. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
